Niclas Ostermann, LL.M. (New York University)

My focus is on corporate law and real estate law, particularly on the drafting and negotiating of contracts.

The firm ostermann lawyer was founded by me in April of 2005. Before that, I was an equity partner for many years in the international law firm Lovells (now Hogan Lovells). During my time there, I advised in the Practice Group Corporate/M & A, various private equity funds on acquisitions of housing associations.

I specifically advise sole traders, investors and small companies who do not or can not use international law firms, large German firms or very specialised boutiques.

If you are doing business internationally or need legal advice as a foreign business in Germany, I am especially interested in making your acquaintance; English-speaking clients are very welcome here.

My practice does not always involve acting alone. I am part of an office community with other independent lawyers and I am also part of a network of other independent consultants who specialise in corporate and property law.
