• Defense against capital payment claims of the insolvency administrator against a shareholder due to hidden contribution in kind
• Advising the operator of a Berlin venue on the review of the investment concept of a strategic investor
• Assertion of claims from company purchase agreement for shareholders of a Berlin-based catering company against the buyer
• Advising a Berlin start-up (software development) on the examination of the investment contract of a private equity investor
• Liquidation of a dormant GmbH
• Accompanying the minority shareholders of an investment company (real estate) in hostile shareholder meetings and actions for rescission of shareholder resolutions
• Advising the shareholders on the founding of a Berlin Entrepreneur Association (UG) in the field of literature BLOG
